It’s a sad day here, one I had hoped wouldn’t come for a very long time. Baby, one of my 4 ferrets, has passed away after a short illness. Of all my ferts, Baby was the one who never gave me any trouble. Her gentle and sweet disposition was always quite a contrast from the other ferts, especially that rat I call Rascal (and for good reason). I only had Baby a little over 2 1/2 years, and wish she had been with me a little bit longer. She will be missed.
